The Blue Heron Inn was originally a feed store built in the 1800s and has been converted into four fully furnished one and two bedroom apartments.
The Inn offers fabulous views of the Mississippi river with two common decks for our guests plus high speed internet and complimentary laundry facilities.
Short and long term rentals are available and pricing is based on length of stay.
The River View
This two bedroom, two bath apartment features vaulted wood ceilings with 1400 square feet of living space and a stunning full river view with private balcony with outdoor seating.
The River Edge
The newest addition, this two bedroom, two bath apartment was completed in spring of 2022. The River Edge has 1400 square feet of living space and unique architectural features, hardwood floors, granite countertops and a fabulous full Riverview with private balcony with outdoor seating.
The Water View
The Water View apartment, completed in 2021, features one bedroom and bath, vaulted wood ceilings, granite countertops and 72” flat screen. The side windows provide a view of the river.
The Eagle View
This one bedroom, one bath apartment has vaulted wood ceilings, electric fireplace, and an “Eagles View” of the Mississippi from a private balcony with outdoor seating.
The Captain’s House
Originally built in the 1800s as a home for a riverboat captain and beautifully renovated, this one bedroom home has vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, lovely woodwork and a fireplace. The front porch offers a fabulous river view and the back yard is landscaped as a Japanese Garden with beautiful stonework and a covered patio.
